Yesterday I shared a photo book that I made as a graduation gift, and I mentioned that I had the photos printed by Persnickety Prints. I ordered the prints on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, and I was surprised to get an email from them on Monday night letting me know that I had a typo on one of the photos. The email is shown below.
As they were preparing my photos to print they noticed that I had spelled the word "when" as "whn". Rather than just sending the photos out with an error they took the time to notify me and gave me a chance to correct my error.
That, my friends, is CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's important to note that finding typos is not part of their service, but I have found that they are the type of company that goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service in a variety of ways.
