My new business cards arrived today and I was so excited to check them out and take photos that I didn't even take my coat off first. I opened the box and was super happy with how the cards turned out.
I think it's really fun that the cards look three dimensional, which they are not. The photo on the front of the cards is one that I took of a birthday card I made some time ago. The front of the birthday card featured hearts that were cut out and then sewn on to card stock. On the birthday card the hearts are three dimensional because I folded them on the stitched line so that they would "pop".
I ordered the cards from Overnightprints.com. Although I'm super happy with the quality of the cards, the company name is a bit deceiving because rather than "overnight" it was more like "two weeks" from the time I placed the order until the cards arrived. They are heavy weight cards with a smooth finish.
The back of the cards show my business name along with a hint about how to pronounce it (gosh-ery). Below that is a description of the types of products I carry in my shop, the web address of my shop + my blog and some information about custom listings.
I always include a business card with each order. My "old" business cards are just about gone and I was kind of glad because I was ready for a new design. Now I have a nice supply of cards ready to go. If you'd like a card you can either visit my shop to place an order (!) or leave a comment here and I'll be happy to send one to you.
