Yesterday after work I had a massage. I don't love having a massage but get one once in a while when I have an ache or pain. Yesterday I didn't have a specific pain, I've just been kind of sore from coughing and thought a little pampering would provide some relief from the cold spring we are having.
I'm sure that working out after a massage isn't what you are supposed to do, but I needed to get my two mile walk in so I came home and hit the treadmill. The month is almost over and by March 31st I will have walked two miles a day for 90 days in a row. YAY me!
